Texas HORSE -Horse Organizations for Racing, Showing and Eventing - is a coalition of major Texas horse organizations proposing an important legislative bill designed to support all facets of the horse industry. A portion of the monies generated from placing Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs)
at horse racing tracks already licensed in Texas will flow to the Performance Horse Development Fund benefiting non-racehorses. All Texas HORSE affiliates will share in this fund which will benefit horses statewide.
